Research Assistant sought for social science research conducted in the Family Mediation Program at the District of Columbia Superior Court’s Multi-Door Dispute Resolution Division (Multi-Door).

Position Description: This National Institute of Justice (NIJ) funded study is a randomized, controlled trial of family mediation cases with high levels of intimate partner violence/abuse (IPV/A). This position will not provide direct clinical training or experience but does involve interacting with individuals with high levels of IPV/A, interacting with project staff, and completing essential research tasks (e.g., data entry, photocopying, making phone calls).
Remuneration: This position is unpaid. However, we may work with your educational institution to provide you with credit hours that will count towards the completion of your degree. We will give preference to those seeking credit hours.
Days and Hours: Your schedule may be flexible, and we will work with you to create a schedule that fits around your class schedule. However, we are seeking a research assistant who is available during the weekdays before 5pm.
