Assistant Professor of Developmental Psychology
The Department of Psychology at the University of California, Davis, invites applications for a tenure-track position in Developmental Psychology. The appointment will be at the Assistant Professor level. Applications are sought from scholars with strong research portfolios in the area of developmental social cognition in childhood or adolescence. Although an emphasis on developmental social cognition is highly preferred, exceptional candidates with innovative research programs in other areas of developmental psychology will be considered, especially those whose research bridges to other areas of the department (http://psychology.ucdavis.edu/). Applicants must have a Ph.D. by the time of appointment, a strong commitment to high quality teaching, and the potential to attract, or an established record of attracting, extramural funding.
